This application supports all phases of the APQP system and informs the right people at the gates about progress via actions and e-mails. The APQP manager can easily track progress, request information and control the entire process.
Convert a paper flow to a digital portal. This product consists of (digital) forms with different phases and associated markings. Fields and sign-offs have a departmentbased authorizationlevel where each department can fill in and sign off specific fields. The flow is not always straight. Phases can be repeated or restarted or a specific form has to be openend after completing the currect one (based on data entered).
An important part of this project (about 50%) consisted of drawing up and inventorying the internal needs and requirements. This also includes drawing up the project definition in close cooperation with all parties involved (work floor, managers and IT department).
